CompTIA Managed Services Trustmark

The CompTIA Managed Services Trustmark is a vendor neutral, business-level credential, designed to qualify and differentiate organizations providing IT services via a managed service business model. This credential identifies companies that demonstrate a commitment to competency, and strive toward industry best practices. It serves as a reference to the quality of the services these companies provide.

To receive the CompTIA Managed Services Trustmark, an IT service organization must agree to a code of conduct, provide customer references, and submit proof of IT systems support and business management proficiency for audit and approval by CompTIA.

J.D. Fox Micro has earned the CompTIA Managed Services Trustmark as related to End-User Devices, Servers, and Networks. This Trustmark is valid through May 31, 2021.

CompTIA Security Trustmark+

The CompTIA Security Trustmark+ is a vendor neutral, business-level credential, designed to qualify and differentiate organizations providing exceptional data and network protection services. This designation identifies IT service providers that demonstrate a commitment to security standards and adherence to prescribed compliance measures. This credential authenticates a service provider's ability to manage risks effectively, mitigate vulnerabilities, and assess and respond to persistent and emerging threats in order to prevent downtime, data breaches, and IT system intrusions, and ensure the ability to recover critical business operations within acceptable time limits in the event of disaster.

To receive the CompTIA Security Trustmark+, an IT service organization must undergo an extensive practice review by a highly-qualified third-party auditor, including an examination of its methodologies, management policies, system configuration, and logs of actual implementation of security practices. This process validates that J.D. Fox Micro has an Enterprise Risk Management Program, Information Security Program (including a Vulnerability Management Program), a Business Continuity Program, and Incident Response and Disaster Recovery plans; that these are validated, tested, and rehearsed regularly; and that users and administrators are properly trained.

The J.D. Fox Micro CompTIA Security Trustmark+ is valid through May 31, 2021.
