Cell Phone Numbers
Per J.D. Fox Micro policy, technicians do not provide cellular phone numbers to clients, or use direct dial extensions. For all technical service issues, we provide the fastest, most reliable response when you call our main office number, which routes your message to the technician on duty at any given time.
Calling during business hours
Calls to our office are answered promptly throughout the day. You will never have to hold in a queue. If no one is available to pick up and you leave a voice message, we will get back to you the same day, if not immediately.
Calling After Hours
Our main phone number is monitored at all times after hours and on weekends, for use by existing clients with after-hours service included in their service contract.
If you are a new client and are having an after-hours emergency, please call our number and leave a message; however, continue to seek out help from other IT service providers, as J.D. Fox Micro may not be able to respond until normal business hours.
