It offers routine maintenance and troubleshooting, repair, and upgrade consultations for a flat monthly fee, all for the purpose of protecting you from data loss or work interruption. The savings compared to hiring one or more in-house full-time IT System administrators will be significant.

Or, you may choose to address specific issues, such as planning an upgrade or fixing a particular problem you're having, if you feel you do not require assistance managing the overall IT System. You can do this by engaging J.D. Fox Micro in a Per-Incident Service Agreement.

You may call on J.D. Fox Micro when your IT department has special needs, through the Per-Incident Service Agreement. This service option generally represents the best value for an organization that has a well-defined and robust IT management system already in place, but which occasionally requires assistance solving a difficult problem, implementing a specialized upgrade, or reviewing their management system for potential improvements. However, emergency service is generally not included in this plan.

If you require emergency service outside what your in-house IT support can provide, or if you feel your IT maintenance plan may need a bump-up to the next level, you should engage J.D. Fox Micro in an IT System Management Contract, where J.D. Fox Micro will offer routine maintenance and troubleshooting, repair, and upgrade assessments, integrated into your existing IT management system, for a flat monthly fee.
