When you call for technical service through our main number, we are able to provide the fastest response times by routing your call to the technician on duty at any given time. Calls to our office are answered promptly throughout the day. You will never have to hold in a queue. If no one is available to pick up and you leave a voice message, we will get back to you the same day, if not immediately. Our main phone number is monitored at all times after hours and on weekends, for use by existing clients with after-hours service included in their service contract. If you are a new client and are having an after-hours emergency, please call our number and leave a message; however, continue to seek out help from other IT service providers, as J.D. Fox Micro may not be able to respond until normal business hours. |
