Communicating with J.D. Fox Micro by e-mail
If you are an existing client with a technical problem, please refer to any instructions you may have received from your technical manager or directly from J.D. Fox Micro for the e-mail address you can use to request help. Or, contact your supervisor or your company's technical manager for assistance.
When opening a new issue, please only use the designated service addresses rather than sending a message directly to a technician's personal e-mail box. If you e-mail a technician directly, and that technician is on vacation or otherwise not available, you may experience a delay receiving a response.
For non-technical support issues, you may go back to the previous page and use the web form to send an e-mail to the office.
Some other notes:
- J.D. Fox Micro never sends e-mails with a notice telling you not to reply to the e-mail. This is a recent trend that degrades the value of e-mail as a personal communications medium. It is equivalent to calling people on the phone using an auto-dialer that plays a recorded message when you answer. So, whenever you get an e-mail from J.D. Fox Micro, you may always simply reply to the message through your own e-mail program if you have a question or comment, and be assured that a human on the other end will receive your message.
- Do not send passwords or other sensitive information through ordinary e-mail. Regular e-mail is not encrypted and can be intercepted and viewed while in transit. For information on how to send sensitive information in a secure manner to J.D. Fox Micro, go back to the main Contact page and see the "Encrypted Communications" section.
